To provide best possible service, we request that appointments be scheduled at least a few days in advance.
While walk-ins do become available sometimes, they are not gauranteed.

Gift CardsGive the Meraki Gift Card to family and friends for special occasions or no occasion at all! Gift Cards are available at the front desk at any time or we will mail them directly to you or that special person. Available for all services and packages but excludes gratuities or retail purchases. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
Cancellation PolicyPlease provide at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. Some services such as spa packages and bridal parties require at least 48 hours notice as well as a credit card deposit. Failure to cancel in advance or no-shows may result in full or partial change.

GratuitiesGratuities are not included in the price of any services. Your salon professional appreciates gratuities for a job well done. We provide gratuity envelopes at the front desk for your convenience. The typical range for a gratuity is 15-20% but is your discretion
RefundsAll Gift Cards and service purchases are non-refundable. Retail purchases up to 10 days may be returned for salon credit only. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be refunded.
